Welcome everyone...over the years, as a business owner, consultant and athlete, I have always felt a parallel between sports and business. The number one enemy facing both...Addiction. Allowed to hang around, game over. Addiction always wins, you lose. Addiction will control your life...until you have no life. No matter
what level of life you find yourself or if you are starting over...Start with your Self Image, that's the who am I and what am I all about. The IMPACT that we make is in direct proportion to our own self image. Purpose in life is more than writing down your goals and throwing the paper into a duffel bag or brief case. It's a visualization...a Passion. this passion doesn't allow for "a drive up window." It consumes your every fiber. No road map. You find a way. You begin to act and behave as though you were already there. First to the finish line. You climbed your Mt Everest and reached the very top. People don't climb Mt Everest just to reach the top...they climb it to conquer themselves. You conquered yourself...what a feeling. First to the finish Line...Where Winners and Survivors Always Meet. www.secondwindfitnessfilm.com

One More
Welcome everyone...close and finish are two words used and applied to sports and any business. Everyone faces their Mt. Everest challenge at least once in a life. Dreams and goals are my Mt. Everest challenge. I have daily goals. I establish a written annual goal. I break it down into weeks. I figure there are 48 working weeks in my year. Then I break it down into five work days. There are variables in goals. We all face adversity and detours in the daily climb. The dreams and goals are vital in reaching the top. When we stop dreaming, we put ourselves on "life support." Several years ago, I wrote the words "One More" on a 3x5 card and pinned it to the visor of my car. That card has become my boss. It's the little things that make the difference. Control yourself, your actions. Don't waste time trying to control everyone else. Develop a "pioneer attitude" and forge new roads in reaching the peak...one foot at a time.

Freedom of Movement
Hello and welcome everyone! Happy Thanksgiving! As promised...highlights from my "Balance
Your Life" fitness classes. Starting the third year and growing. When I first started the class I
had three women show up. I thought...this is never going to work. Now over 400 men and women will participate. The foundation of the class is developing the "core," posture, technique
and deep breathing. The results...attain a higher degree of functional balance, strength and self-
confidence. All of this is triggered by the mental exercises. We train and retrain the brain to
become active and send the proper message to the select muscle group for the designated
function..."what we want our body to do." I am always amazed at how each individual is able to
accomplish better functional balance in a short period of time. Preventing falls is another
realistic result. Gaining confidence and feeling younger is attained by everyone. Living a better
life is what it's all about. That's the reward for all. My reward...being a part of someone's
success. We use and exercise ball, resistance band, a chair, soccer ball and tennis ball. No weights.
Have a great and meaningful life everyone! Jimmy O
