My theme as we approach a new year...Phoenix...Mythical bird, known for rising from it's ashes. Serves as a symbol of renewal & rebirth. For the past decade I have focused on delivering speeches re leadership to a cross section on audiences. Warren Buffet, "leadership requires intelligence, initiative, energy, integrity." We have identified the problems...now it's time (past due) to walk the walk. Enough of the riots, mud slinging and "in fighting." A waste on energy. The renewal and rebirth bell has tolled.
