Hello and welcome everyone! Cardiac challenge! This past week, yours truly was invited to
conduct my "Balance Your Life" fitness class for 21 heart patients at a local hospital. This
challenge was the highlight of the week for me. This is the "risk, reward" venture that is
discussed often times with success or failure in one's life. This was a challenge for me in more
ways than one. My father died of heart disease in 1981. Twenty one men and women, of all ages
participated. A great group! They were eager to be involved in an exercise
program. Even more impressive for me were the smiles I observed and the fun and laughter
that filled the room. I wish I could have bottled up the energy I felt. So, to the cardiac director
and the twenty one heart patients...congratulations. Perhaps this will be the start of an ongoing

Hello and welcome everyone! I have received several inquiries regarding Stem Enhance which
I mentioned in a previous blog. I have used the product for two years now. For answers to your
questions please reference

I am convinced that the most difficult step in one's journey to a healthier lifestyle begin, to
get started. I have discussed mental fitness before, however, MENTAL READINESS is the key
to CHANGE. When we change our way of living...the way of one's life, we must prepare our
mental state of mind. Always answer the question...WHY. Why am I changing? Write it down.
Post it in your home, your car and your wallet or purse. Tell someone else. When we change
anything in order to gain something, we give up something. That "something" we give up is our
comfort zone...habit. It is human to resist change. It is also human to want a better life. It's your
choice. Take the first step and begin...NOW!

Hello and welcome everyone! Wow! What a week...a week of excitement and fun. Conducted
eight "Balance Your Life" classes for 161 participants. Received a call from one of the local
hospitals (cardiac dept.) requesting that I conduct a fitness class for heart patients. Received
more than a few calls from expectant mothers requesting to participate in the "Balance Your Life" class. Received an email from a physical therapist requesting to observe and participate
in one of my classes. My deepest thanks to Carol and Pat for referring and endorsing my
fitness class. Carol and Pat are two of the first people to attend my class a year ago. Whatever
measure of success my classes have attained...I owe to the participants, it's not about me. And,
there is a "Greater Power" at work here...I am convinced of that. It's amazing to me just how
much can be accomplished with an exercise ball, a resistance band and a folding chair. The
recipe for the class also calls for fun and laughter...that's the healing part of the class. SPECIAL!?
Yes, very special. You won't find those ingredients in a fitness manual.

Hello and welcome everyone! Today I am introducing JIMMYO SENIOR SPORTS and
Stem Enhance. First let's spend a little time on the Senior Health Fair that I participated in
yesterday. Fifty vendors were there displaying their products or services. While visiting with
many Seniors from ages 55 to 91. About one in 25 were interested in actively taking part in
a fitness program. This was surprising to me...I thought the number interested would be higher than that. Many of the Seniors I spoke with walked and talked like, "life is over for me, I will accept
the way I am." I had a hard time believing what I was hearing and seeing. Seniors...listen up!!!
Don't be among the "walking dead!" Do something positive about your health. There is more to
life than a little round bottle with RX on it. In my "Balance Your Life" classes I have Seniors in
wheel chairs and others with walkers. This Senior generation will live longer than the previous
generation. That's a fact! Why not choose a healthy lifestyle?!

JimmyO Senior Sports...the umbrella name for "Training Wheels," First to the Finish Line,"
"Senior Olympic Training" and "Balance Your Life." I have "partnered" with the American
Cancer Society and a local bank.

StemEhance...for years I have searched for a product not only maintain my healthy lifestyle, but
to renew my body. Adult stem cells are present in the body from the day we are born and are
naturally produced in our bone marrow. Research has found that they are at the core of the body's natural renewal system. Enhance activates the stem cells already in existence! For more
