MUSCLE CONFUSION!

Hello and welcome everyone! Most people say "I like change!" However, few really want to
change. Most of us would rather have a routine...that way we can do things "without thinking."
This is true when it comes to workout/training/fitness programs. We need to "change up" more
often. Vary your routine. This is called MUSCLE CONFUSION! Creating more muscle, more
speed, more endurance and creating more of anything...faster, we need to mix up our routine
at least every other day. Test yourself for the next 30 days and SEE the results. You will be
amazed! And oh...this is also a brain booster. Yes, you will think faster and more clearly. You will
be at your best more of the time. Peak performance is what each of us is after. By the way...
this change will help you drop those extra pounds faster.
