Pick any 3 drills (my 3) jumping rope, running stairs, pushing a 2x4 on grass or gym floor. 45 min. total workout. First two, 1 min. first set. 2 min. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th sets. A 45 sec. rest between sets. Cool down 15 min. The following day go for a slow walk (a woods or a body of water). You want calm. Find out who you are. Meditate.
