Blind Spots

Welcome everyone...yes, we all have at least one. Here are two blind spots.  Muscle memory and mental fitness. This week, muscle memory. Memory or a better name, "subconscious memory." act of committing a motor task into memory per repetition w/out conscious thought. Same drill over and over again. So, what's wrong with that? Don't become a robot. Here is the problem...it will hinder/prevent your evolving to other tasks. During rough spots, you will always resort back to your comfort zone...old habits creep in to your program. The key...always evolving up. Jimmy O
