Blindspot/mental fitness

Welcome everyone...when men and women rely on routine/muscle memory, the brain goes numb, weak, mush or soft...when that happens, then we have to work like hell to to regain that mental toughness. When we allow a lazy brain to direct our training/workouts, we fall victim to ourselves. STOP the insanity...prior to every workout, write down every drill you WILL do that day. Then give each drill a performance grade...1) technique, 2)flaws, 3) max, 4) score(1-10). You will know when you are on the right stack, when you begin to trust yourself. Results expected...1)winning attitude, 2) hitting desired stride, 3) creativity takes hold, 4) you get your life back.
