PYRAMID 3

Hello and welcome everyone...this is the 3rd and last for the pyramid series. The words fitness, training, workout and muscles
have created a multi billion dollar a year business...and at least one
million different exercises. Every day we face a blur of ads re food,
workout equipment, methods and supplements. You and I are forced to do our homework...research. Get behind the wheel of your fitness program, not in the trunk. You drive! The one constant
is change. Learn all you can about Kinesiology...body motion. Study of muscles and their movement. Distinguish between the
important, the urgent and "herky/jerky." Define your vision and your workout program. Study the three planes of motion Directional not locational. Planes are Transverse, Frontal and Sagittal. Workouts/training should be progressive in nature. You
arrive at your destination when you discover that "psychological
moment." The time when a person is most apt to react in the desired manner. The brain sends the right signal to the right set
of muscles at the precise time. "One Demand." Next week a special
tribute to my heroes.
