Take Control

Welcome everyone...take control of yourself. Most competitors want perfect conditions...stay away from the perfect" setup." You are not setting the table for dinner. When training, you should welcome disruptions. Outdoor training is ideal. Weather and climate will always play a role in your training. Rain, wind, cold and heat will always be factors. The moment you give in to outside factors...you are done. The only things that will force me indoors, is
lightning and snow. Sprinting against a 30 mi per wind is not a picnic...but I do. Get behind the wheel of your life and don't worry about things you can't control. When you complain and make excuses...you are done. First to the Finish Line...where winners and survivors always meet.
