Welcome everyone...most of us are familiar with rehab. Within this past year my released my PreHab design program. Scrutinized by several therapists before release. This program has application for injuries and certain diseases, ie heart, cancer and others. Treatment prior to surgery or other proceedures suspect areas. The mental recovery is critical. Lets address sports, workout injuries. We tend to try and cover up our soreness areas. Be careful with that. Your body is telling you something. With minor soreness...acute pain I recommend Arnicare cream. For chronic soreness...Wintergreen liquid. more next writing. Jimmy O

- About Second Wind Fitness Video Second Wind was produced and narrated by Jimmy O. Age 74 born July, 1938 He is a retired businessman and three-time cancer survivor...1983, 2004 and 2007. His toughest battle was fighting prostate cancer in 2004. He has had 35 surgical operations since birth, and Jimmy is a personal trainer devoted to working with seniors and mentally and physically challenged individuals. Jimmy's workout routine is two hours a day, six days a week. He actively competes in track and field, racquetball, tennis, basketball, softball and martial arts. In track meets, he competes in 100m, 200m, 400m, HJ, LJ, and TJ. In 2004, he won twenty-one gold medals. Jimmy is now 70 years old.
