Muscle Memory/Muscle Confusion

 Welcome everyone...over the next few writings we will cover 1) speed drills 2) body building 3) proper stretching, warm up, cool down. 4) Nutrition 5) Balance. We will start with Balance. 2003 I designed  and facilitated Balance Your Life...seminars and classes. Several mediums in medical field have intergraded segments of my program into theirs, all ages. Athletes, who attended my summer camps could not do certain exercises...to their astonishment. The art of acquiring functional balance (discipline) at any level is a key element for attaining and maintaining your maximum performance and reaching your goals. All of us have asked the question "how can I get better/" Balance is your ladder to climb upward. Through this Progression, you are training the brain, then the muscles...thus, achieving the Psychological  Moment.  The time when a person is most apt to react in the desired manner.
