Less is Better

Welcome and let's get started...those who have learned the hard way have a great story to tell. Whether you are an occasional workout personal or a daily grunter, most start a program with a flurry drills and training. Results...injury, burnout, loss of self confidence. A pointer...what are you good at...your talents and skill. Apply those skills to the type of workout you need to get better/stronger. Caution applies to the weight room, Trac and Field, any sport or fitness exercise. Rehab is a B*-**h. I have seen too many athletes and fitness men and women CRASH...to a do nothing. Angry.
